Requirement of equipment
Mandatory requirement
A)The offer shall comply with the following requirements:
1. The permanent magnet variable frequency high speed air blower shall comply with, but not limit to, the following technical requirement
a. The fluid shall be air.
b. The fluid shall be conveyed oil free.
c. The maximum inlet pressure shall not less than 1 Bar under ABS.
d. The maximum inlet temperature shall not less than 30℃.
e. The inlet capacity shall not less than 58m3/min.
f. The outlet pressure shall not less than 800 mbar.
g. The rated power shall not be higher than 90 kW.
h. The rated voltage shall be within the range 380V / 3 phase.
i. The operation power frequency shall be in 50Hz.
j. The operating temperature of the air blower shall not be higher than 90℃.
k. The motor speed shall not less than 3000 rpm/min.
l. The permanent magnet motor insulation shall be class F.
m. The type of control shall be internal design automatic change over controller PLC with communication module in Mobilbus and RS485.
n. The air blower shall be driven by variable frequency drive in the rating of not less than 110kW.
o. The air blower shall be equipped with permanent magnet converter synchronous motor.
p. The acoustic enclosures shall be included and designed to meet the operation requirement of the air blower.
q. The operating noise level with acoustic enclosure cabin test on outdoor one meter distance shall be below 88 dBA.
r. The discharge air pipe size shall be in DN200.
s. The motor protection rating shall not less than IP55.
t. The gear of air blower shall be designed to meet the standard of high-speed type and should be manufactured as of better tolerated quality.
u. It should be with built-in independent anti-vibration system, silencer, safety valve, automatic pressure discharge when the system starts, and automatic pressure discharge during shutdown.
v. The permanent magnet motor shall also connected to the 4:6 screw type airend with coupler.
w. Rotary screw blower device shall have oil aftercooler and cooling fan
x. The independent oil cooling system shall have an oil pump device.
y. The variable high speed air blower shall be designed for 24-hour operation.
